The posting

Wil jij werken met hightech machines en vakmanschap omzetten in keukens van topkwaliteit? Bij onze klant stap je binnen in een hypermodern productiepark waar innovatie en precisie centraal staan. Als CNC-technieker / CNC-operator sta je aan het roer van onze geavanceerde lasersnijmachines en computergestuurde plooibanken. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van techniekers en metaalbewerkers waar een collegiale, informele sfeer heerst en passie voor techniek dagelijks voelbaar is.

Opleiding en ervaring:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten (bijv. BSO/TSO Mechanica, Elektromechanica, CNC-technieken of Metaalbewerking) of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring als CNC-insteller, draaier/frezer of plaatbewerker.
  • Ervaring met het bedienen, instellen of programmeren van een laser/lasersnijmachine en/of afkantpers/plooibank is een sterke plus.

Vaardigheden:

  • Uitstekend ruimtelijk inzicht en de vaardigheid om vlot technische tekeningen en plannen te lezen.
  • Oog voor detail, nauwkeurigheid en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen bij kleine technische storingen.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden om efficiënt af te stemmen met je teamgenoten en de productieleiding.

Specifieke vereisten:

  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk).
  • Flexibele en kwaliteitsbewuste werkhouding binnen een dynamische productie-omgeving.
  • Affiniteit met computergestuurde besturingen (CNC-software, CAD/CAM-basisinzichten).

Instellen en bedienen van machines: Zelfstandig voorbereiden, instellen en aansturen van onze CNC-gestuurde laser- en plooibankmachines volgens productietekeningen.

Onderdelen bewerken en plooien: Nauwkeurig snijden en plooien van metalen kastelementen en keukenonderdelen met continue kwaliteitscontrole.

Procesbewaking en bijsturing: Zorgen voor een optimaal verloop van het bewerkingsproces, corrigeren van CNC-programma's/parameters en tijdig opsporen van afwijkingen.

Preventief onderhoud & storingen: Eerste-lijns onderhoud uitvoeren aan de CNC-installaties om stilstand te minimaliseren en de continue werking van de productielijn te garanderen.

Kwaliteits- en veiligheidswaarborging: Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en nette werkomgeving, waarbij elk opgeleverd onderdeel voldoet aan de strenge kwaliteitsnormen.
