The posting

De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit op het machinepark om de operationele continuïteit te garanderen.
  • Je leest en interpreteert elektrische schema's, waarbij je werkt met 3-fasemotoren en frequentieregelingen.
  • Je onderhoudt en vervangt mechanisch onderdelen zoals lagers en aandrijfriemen, en ververst elektromotorolie waar nodig.
  • Je stelt pneumatische systemen af en controleert magneetventielen, terwijl je pneumatische cilinders vervangt en afstelt.
  • Je werkt aan automatiseringssystemen door te werken met PLC's (Siemens en Allen-Bradley), busystemen, VFD's en sensoren.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om in een 2-shiften systeem te werken (vroege en late shifts, week om week).
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede professionele kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel, hands-on en toont initiatief in het oplossen van technische vraagstukken.
