Heb jij twee rechterhanden, een hart voor fietsen en een glimlach als je een klant weer blij op zijn fiets ziet stappen? Voel je je helemaal thuis in een werkplaats vol gereedschap, e-bikes en sportfietsen die om snelheid smeken? Dan ben jij waarschijnlijk dé technieker die we zoeken!

Wij zijn een warm, snelgroeiend familiebedrijf met intussen al 35 vestigingen verspreid over Vlaanderen en Brussel. Elke winkel is een echte beleving: een ruime showroom vol droomfietsen én een moderne werkplaats waar onze monteurs met plezier aan de slag gaan. We zijn dol op e-bikes, stadsfietsen, speed pedelecs, sportieve racers en alles ertussenin.

Wat ga je doen? (en waar krijg jij écht energie van)

  • Grote en kleine onderhoudsbeurten uitvoeren aan álle soorten fietsen – van een eenvoudige stadsfiets tot elektrische fietsen, koersfietsen of speed pedelecs.
  • Nieuwe fietsen rijklaar maken: afmonteren, afstellen, accessoires monteren – zodat ze meteen perfect aanvoelen
  • Storingen oplossen bij onze elektrische fietsen
  • Klanten vriendelijk te woord staan: telefonisch of in de winkel uitleg geven over hun herstelling, advies geven over accessoires
  • Samen met je team de werkplaats netjes, georganiseerd en opgeruimd houden
  • Proactief meedenken: verbeteringen voorstellen, helpen waar nodig, en regelmatig opleidingen volgen (Shimano, Bosch, …) om up-to-date te blijven
  • Je hebt ervaring als fietstechnieker (idealiter 2–4 jaar) óf aantoonbare technische bagage (bv. autogarage, andere herstellingen) een grote passie voor fietsen
  • Je bent een geboren probleemoplosser: vindingrijk, positief en je geeft niet snel op
  • Zeer goede kennis van Bosch en Enviolo, liefst ook Shimano
