Functie

Vivaldis zoekt een technieker groot rollend materieel en kranen voor een dynamische werkomgeving in de haven van Zeebrugge (8380). Je combineert technisch inzicht met buitenwerk en zorgt mee voor de continuïteit van de operaties: wanneer kranen en voertuigen draaien, blijft de planning op koers.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en hands-on, onder andere:

  • Preventief onderhoud aan grote havenkranen en rollend materieel om stilstand te vermijden
  • Depannages bij storingen: je analyseert problemen (mechanisch/elektrisch/hydraulisch) en grijpt efficiënt in
  • Herstellingen en revisies van robuuste componenten én fijnere elektrische/elektronische delen
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische schema’s/plannen en correct rapporteren van uitgevoerde werken
  • Samenwerken in team met focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en timing
  • Je kan doorgroeien door mee te draaien in verschillende technische domeinen (kranen vs. rollend materieel) en via gerichte opleidingen je expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Profiel

Je hebt een echte “sleutelmentaliteit” en voelt je goed in een technische omgeving waar geen dag dezelfde is. Je werkt graag buiten en kan veilig en geconcentreerd presteren, ook wanneer je op hoogte werkt.

We zoeken bij voorkeur iemand die dit meebrengt:

  • Technische basis: Je hebt een stevige kennis van mechanica óf elektriciteit. Een combinatie van beide (elektromechanica) is een groot pluspunt.
  • Ervaring: 0–2 jaar relevante ervaring is voldoende; motivatie en leergierigheid wegen sterk door
  • Technische kennis: basiskennis van pneumatica, hydraulica en PLC
  • Sterke basis in mechanica en/of elektriciteit (combinatie is een plus)
  • Je kan technische plannen en schema’s vlot lezen
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands zeer goed
  • Werkregime: bereid om te werken in 2 ploegen (vroege/late)
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt veilig en communiceert duidelijk met collega’s

Wat je van ons krijgt

Via Vivaldis kom je terecht in een stabiele, technische functie met veel afwisseling in een unieke havencontext. Je start met een tijdelijk contract met optie vast in fulltime tewerkstelling.

Concreet mag je rekenen op:

  • Uurloon: €19–€21/uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring en kennis
  • Ploegpremies: 12,5% in vroege/late ploeg en 25% in nacht (indien van toepassing)
  • Maaltijdcheques: €8/dag (eigen bijdrage €1,10)
  • Arbeidsduur: 39u/week met 6 betaalde ADV-dagen
  • Opleidingen & groei: interne en externe, praktijkgerichte begeleiding (o.a. nieuwe technieken en toepassingen)
  • Begeleiding door Vivaldis: voorbereiding op je opstart, loopbaanadvies en opvolging tijdens je tewerkstelling
