Als Field Service Technieker Huishoudtoestellen bent u verantwoordelijk voor diagnose, onderhoud en herstelling van huishoudtoestellen bij klanten thuis.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Diagnose en herstelling van huishoudtoestellen
  • Interventies bij klanten aan huis
  • Technisch advies geven aan klanten
  • Detecteren van bijkomende onderhouds- of vervangingsnoden
  • Correcte rapportering via tablet en digitale tools
  • Zelfstandig organiseren van interventies bij wijzigingen onderweg

Tijdens de eerste maanden werkt u voornamelijk op:

  • Wasmachines
  • Droogkasten
  • Vaatwassers

De nodige onderdelen worden ’s nachts rechtstreeks in uw camionette geleverd.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Technische achtergrond (elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica…)
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Handig én analytisch ingesteld
  • Rijbewijs B verplicht

De ideale collega is...

  • Een technisch profiel dat zowel praktisch als analytisch sterk is.
  • Iemand die zelfstandig kan werken maar ook graag klanten helpt en adviseert.
  • Een betrouwbare technieker die op zoek is naar stabiliteit en een lange termijnverhaal.

Ervaring in huishoudtoestellen is geen must.
