Als service technieker zorg je ervoor dat landbouwmachines betrouwbaar blijven functioneren, zowel in het atelier als bij klanten ter plaatse. Je combineert mechanische en elektrische kennis met een praktische aanpak en krijgt de vrijheid om zelf oplossingen uit te werken. Je komt terecht in een familiaal bedrijf waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen en waar je de kans krijgt om jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen. Dankzij een sterke begeleiding, moderne machines en gerichte opleidingen blijf je groeien in een sector die voortdurend evolueert.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert onderhoud, herstellingen en technische interventies uit aan landbouwmachines
  • Je spoort mechanische, hydraulische en elektrische storingen op en lost deze efficiënt op
  • Je werkt zowel in het atelier als bij klanten op locatie
  • Je denkt mee na over duurzame technische oplossingen en geeft klanten professioneel advies
  • Je registreert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden zodat alles correct administratief verwerkt kan worden
  • Je deelt jouw kennis met collega's en ondersteunt nieuwe medewerkers of stagiairs wanneer nodig

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een familiaal bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de verkoop, het onderhoud en de herstelling van landbouwmachines. Door de jaren heen groeide het bedrijf uit tot een vaste partner voor landbouwers die rekenen op kwaliteit, een snelle service en technisch vakmanschap. De familiale cultuur is vandaag nog altijd duidelijk voelbaar. De zaakvoerders zijn nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking, de communicatielijnen zijn kort en collega's kunnen op elkaar rekenen. Er wordt open gecommuniceerd en iedereen draagt bij aan hetzelfde doel: klanten zo snel en goed mogelijk verder helpen. Daarnaast wordt sterk ingezet op opleiding en ontwikkeling. Nieuwe technieken volgen elkaar snel op en daarom krijgen medewerkers alle kansen om zich verder te specialiseren via interne begeleiding en externe opleidingen. Eigen initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en wie wil groeien, krijgt daarvoor ook de nodige ondersteuning.

  • Je hebt ervaring of een opleiding binnen mechanica, elektromechanica of landbouwmechanisatie
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van mechanica, hydraulica en elektriciteit
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert op een professionele manier en je denkt in oplossingen en haalt voldoening uit technische uitdagingen
