The posting

Voor een sterke speler in liftservice en -onderhoud zoekt Vivaldis een technieker liften voor regio West-Vlaanderen (starten van thuis, opdrachten o.a. rond Brugge). Jij zorgt ervoor dat liften bij klanten veilig, comfortabel en betrouwbaar blijven werken. Je werkt zelfstandig op de baan, maar krijgt altijd ondersteuning van supervisors, troubleshooters en het technisch departement.

Wat je dagelijks doet:

  • Je start je dag van thuis uit: je planning staat klaar op je tablet/smartphone.
  • Je vertrekt met een volledig uitgeruste bedrijfswagen naar onderhoudsbeurten en geplande herstellingen.
  • Bij onderhoud controleer je o.a. veiligheidsfuncties, knoppen, kabels, schacht en motor, maak je onderdelen proper en test je alles grondig.
  • Bij herstellingen spoor je mechanische en/of elektrische storingen op en los je ze op; wisselstukken worden vlot aangevuld via levering.
  • Je houdt je administratie eenvoudig bij via tablet en gebruikt een technische database voor info en oplossingen.
  • Op vrijdag sluit je regelmatig aan bij een toolboxmeeting: kennis delen, bijleren en ervaringen uitwisselen.
  • Doorgroeien kan: je kan starten in een modernisatieteam om het vak te leren, of (bij ervaring) meteen doorgroeien richting zelfstandige onderhoudstechnieker met bredere verantwoordelijkheden.

Je bent technisch nieuwsgierig, werkt graag zelfstandig en je zet veiligheid altijd op de eerste plaats. Je houdt van afwisseling: vandaag een onderhoud, morgen een storing zoeken. Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten en collega’s, en je kan planmatig werken zonder het menselijke contact te verliezen.

Wat we zoeken:

  • Ervaring: bij voorkeur 2–5 jaar relevante ervaring als technieker (mechanisch/elektrisch/elektromechanisch).
  • Talen: Nederlands zeer goed (voor veiligheid, klantencontact en rapportering).
  • Rijbewijs: B (je gaat de baan op); je geraakt zelfstandig tot aan de opstart/afspraken (auto als transport).
  • Sterktes: probleemoplossend denken, nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en leergierigheid.
  • Extra: geen liftervaring? Dat is oké—je krijgt een degelijk opleidingstraject en ondersteuning van ervaren collega’s.
