Heb jij een technische knobbel en krijg je een machine liever zelf weer aan de praat dan dat je iemand anders moet inschakelen? Dan is dit misschien jouw volgende uitdaging. Voor een technisch productiebedrijf zoeken we een ervaren onderhoudstechnieker die graag zelfstandig werkt en niet terugdeinst voor een storing.

Wat ga je doen? Binnen deze functie krijg je een gevarieerd technisch takenpakket. Zowel gepland onderhoud als onverwachte technische problemen komen aan bod.

Je taken zullen bestaan uit:

  • Defecten aan machines opsporen en de oorzaak achterhalen
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren op mechanisch, elektrisch en hydraulisch vlak
  • Preventieve onderhoudswerken uitvoeren om stilstanden te vermijden
  • Technische controles uitvoeren en mogelijke slijtage tijdig signaleren
  • Machines opnieuw bedrijfsklaar maken na een interventie
  • Technische problemen op een efficiënte en veilige manier aanpakken
  • Samen met de productie zorgen voor een vlotte werking van het machinepark

Waar ga je werken? Het bedrijf is een technische toeleverancier binnen de metaalbewerking en realiseert onder andere buisbewerking en complete lasconstructies op maat van de klant. Dankzij de familiale werksfeer zijn de communicatielijnen kort en krijgen medewerkers ruimte om hun technische expertise verder uit te bouwen. Wie initiatief toont, kan op termijn ook doorgroeien naar een functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid. Wat wordt er verwacht van je?

  • Een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs in elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Enkele jaren werkervaring binnen technisch onderhoud
  • Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en hydraulica
  • Technische problemen kunnen analyseren en zelfstandig aanpakken
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Respect voor veiligheidsvoorschriften en een verzorgde werkplek
  • Gemotiveerde houding en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • Orde en netheid vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van de dagelijkse aanpak
