Voor ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een Technieker / Magazijnier die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van ons machinepark én voor het beheer van het technisch magazijn.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze machines en het nodige materiaal tijdig beschikbaar en operationeel zijn. Daarnaast ondersteun je het werfpersoneel en de werfleiders door onderdelen en materiaal correct klaar te zetten en op te volgen.

Je werkt zowel in het atelier, op het depot als occasioneel op de werven voor kleine technische interventies.

Jouw taken

Technisch

• Het machinepark dagelijks mee draaiende houden.

• Uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen en technische interventies.

• Storingen opsporen en waar mogelijk zelfstandig oplossen.

• Onderhoud en controles uitvoeren aan machines en materiaal.

• Kleine interventies uitvoeren in het atelier, op het depot en op de werf.

• Technische problemen signaleren en indien nodig doorgeven aan de externe technische dienst.

• Ervoor zorgen dat machines veilig en gebruiksklaar zijn.

• Mee opvolgen welke machines, gereedschappen en onderdelen onderhoud of vervanging nodig hebben.

Magazijn en stockbeheer

• Ontvangen en controleren van bestelde technische onderdelen en materialen.

• Onderdelen correct stockeren en beheren.

• De voorraad opvolgen en tekorten tijdig signaleren.

• Onderdelen en materiaal klaarzetten voor de verschillende werven.

• Bonnen opmaken van materiaal, onderdelen en machines die naar de werven vertrekken.

• Controleren van het materiaal en de onderdelen die terugkomen van de werven.

• Registreren van ontbrekend, beschadigd of defect materiaal.

• Het magazijn overzichtelijk, ordelijk en veilig houden.

• Mee opvolgen van bestellingen van onderdelen en technisch materiaal.

Administratief

• Bestellingen plaatsen en opvolgen via de computer.

• Gegevens correct verwerken en bijhouden.

• Werken met Microsoft Word en Excel.

• Stockgegevens en materiaalbewegingen administratief opvolgen.

• Bonnen en documenten correct invullen en archiveren.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken iemand die:

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring heeft als technieker.

• Een goede kennis heeft van machines en mechanische/technische systemen.

• Technisch inzicht heeft en zelfstandig kleine problemen kan analyseren en oplossen.

• Graag praktisch en oplossingsgericht werkt.

• Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken.

• Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd is.

• Verantwoordelijk omgaat met machines, gereedschappen en onderdelen.

• Bereid is om zowel op het depot, in het atelier als op de werf te werken.

• Goed met een computer kan werken.

• Een goede kennis heeft van Word en Excel.

• Bestellingen kan plaatsen en administratief correct kan opvolgen.

• Ervaring met magazijnbeheer of stockbeheer is een pluspunt.

• Een rijbewijs B heeft.
