In deze functie krijg je de kans om stap voor stap uit te groeien tot matrijstechnieker. Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren collega die je begeleidt op de werkvloer en je alle kneepjes van het vak leert. Je komt terecht in een stabiele productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en technische ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leert matrijzen maken en onderhouden aan de hand van technische plannen
  • Je werkt met CNC-machines om onderdelen nauwkeurig te bewerken
  • Je leest technische tekeningen en zet deze correct om naar de praktijk
  • Je helpt bij het onderhouden, herstellen en afstellen van matrijzen
  • Je denkt mee na over technische verbeteringen aan bestaande matrijzen en productieprocessen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren matrijstechnieker die je begeleidt tijdens je opleiding
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van het afgewerkte werk en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bouwt stap voor stap kennis op van verschillende machines en technieken binnen het atelier

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiaal productiebedrijf waar mensen elkaar kennen en respectvol met elkaar omgaan. De communicatielijnen zijn kort, waardoor je snel kan schakelen en rechtstreeks terechtkan bij collega's of leidinggevenden met vragen of ideeën. Nieuwe medewerkers worden goed begeleid en krijgen de tijd om het vak onder de knie te krijgen. Naast het werk is er ook aandacht voor de mensen achter de job. Regelmatig worden er kleine attenties voorzien, zoals een frietkraam, een nieuwjaarsreceptie, geschenken met Pasen en Sinterklaas of een verfrissend ijsje tijdens warme zomerdagen. Die kleine gebaren zorgen voor een aangename werksfeer waarin collega's elkaar helpen en samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. Binnen het bedrijf krijg je de kans om jezelf technisch verder te ontwikkelen. Er wordt geïnvesteerd in moderne machines, opleidingen en het delen van kennis, zodat je kan doorgroeien tot een echte specialist in je vak.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bijvoorbeeld mechanica, elektromechanica of werktuigmachines
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van CNC-machines of wil je hierin verder ontwikkelen
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen of bent gemotiveerd om dit verder te leren
  • Je bent leergierig en wil een technisch beroep volledig onder de knie krijgen
