The posting

Bij GTT automotive worden dagelijks nieuwe (elektrische) auto's aangeleverd voor de Europese markt.

Als Mecanieker bij GTT Automotive werk je aan nieuwe voertuigen voordat deze worden afgeleverd aan dealers of eindklanten. Je maakt deel uit van onze technische werkplaats en zorgt ervoor dat voertuigen technisch correct, veilig en volledig volgens de voorschriften van de klant en constructeur worden voorbereid.

Je werkt voornamelijk aan nieuwe personenwagens en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen van verschillende merken. Omdat deze voertuigen zich nog in de logistieke keten bevinden, staan kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en schadevrij werken centraal.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Uitvoeren van technische werkzaamheden aan nieuwe voertuigen;
  • Monteren en vervangen van onderdelen en accessoires;
  • Uitvoeren van PDI-werkzaamheden (Pre-Delivery Inspection);
  • Controleren van voertuigen volgens de voorschriften van de constructeur;
  • Uitvoeren van software-updates, resets en technische diagnoses;
  • Uitlezen van voertuigen met diagnoseapparatuur;
  • Monteren van diverse voertuigaccessoires;
  • Uitvoeren van kleine mechanische en elektrische herstellingen;
  • Controleren en aanpassen van vloeistofniveaus, bandenspanning en andere technische parameters;
  • Opsporen en verhelpen van technische storingen;
  • Registreren van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden volgens de interne procedures;
  • Signaleren van technische afwijkingen, ontbrekende onderdelen of schade;
  • Zorgvuldig en schadevrij verplaatsen en behandelen van voertuigen.
  • Je hebt oog voor transportschades en je werkt nauwkeurig volgens de planning.
  • Je bent in de mogelijkheid om te werken met specifieke en bedrijfseigen software/app.
