Voor een van onze klanten met vestiging regio Gent zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een extra technieker die afwisselend zal werken in de vroege, late en nachtshift.

Jobomschrijving

Als technieker sta je in voor het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens de opgemaakte onderhoudsplannen. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het verhelpen van actuele breakdowns of storingen. Je werkt hierbij zo efficiënt mogelijk om de stilstanden in productie zoveel mogelijk te beperken. Bovendien zorg je voor een correcte administratie van de interventies in het ERP-systeem.

Binnen jouw functie kom je in contact met een brede waaier aan techniciteiten: mechanica, pneumatica, elektriciteit, PLC’s, …

Naast het preventief en curatief onderhoud denk en werk je mee aan verbeterprojecten in het kader van veiligheid en continuous improvement.

Je uurrooster is respectievelijk per week van 5u-13u, daarna 13u-21u en tot slot vanaf 21u-5u.

Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma (A2 of Bachelor) en je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Je bent gemotiveerd om dagelijks bij te leren op de werkvloer en jouw technische kennis verder te verruimen. Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands en bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en autonoom de juiste diagnose te stellen.

Je kan terugvallen op een eerste ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, je bent in staat om technische schema’s te begrijpen en je beschikt over een goede kennis van installaties op componentniveau.
