Ben jij op zoek naar een technische uitdaging binnen de automotive? Voor een gespecialiseerde onderneming in de regio Waregem zoeken we een technieker motoren & versnellingsbakken met een passie voor autotechniek en mechanica.

In deze functie staan diagnose, demontage en controle van motoren en transmissies centraal. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht krijgen kwalitatieve onderdelen een tweede leven en draag je actief bij aan een duurzame automotivesector.

Wat ga je doen: - Motoren volledig demonteren, inspecteren en technisch beoordelen. - (Automatische) versnellingsbakken analyseren, demonteren en controleren op slijtage en defecten. - Mechanische storingen opsporen en de oorzaak nauwkeurig analyseren. - Motor- en transmissieonderdelen controleren op kwaliteit, toleranties en herbruikbaarheid. - Gerecupereerde onderdelen correct registreren en verwerken in het digitale systeem. - Samenwerken met de afdelingen demontage en magazijn voor een efficiënte doorstroming van onderdelen. - Werken volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en werkprocedures. - Actief bijdragen aan het hergebruik van hoogwaardige auto-onderdelen binnen de circulaire economie. Een diploma in autotechniek, automechanica of mechanische technieken vormt een sterke basis, maar relevante praktijkervaring is minstens even waardevol. Ervaring met diagnose, revisie, demontage of herstelling van motoren en automatische of manuele versnellingsbakken is een pluspunt. Technisch inzicht, een analytische aanpak en oog voor kwaliteit zijn doorslaggevend. Kandidaten met de juiste motivatie krijgen de kans om zich verder te ontwikkelen via interne begeleiding. Een sterke technische achtergrond in autotechniek, mechanica of voertuigtechnieken. Analytisch ingesteld en sterk in het opsporen van mechanische defecten. Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en gestructureerd in de uitvoering van werkzaamheden. Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt kunnen werken. Een uitgesproken interesse in motoren, versnellingsbakken en innovatieve voertuigtechniek.
