Heb je al jaren ervaring als technieker en ben je op zoek naar een omgeving waar je niet constant achter de feiten aanholt? Werk je graag zelfstandig en haal je voldoening uit het oplossen van complexe storingen?

Dan vind je hier een technische uitdaging waar jouw kennis écht telt. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar automatisatie, robots en PLC-sturingen centraal staan. Geen omgeving waar snelheid belangrijker is dan kwaliteit, maar een bedrijf waar men rekent op mensen die hun vak kennen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen

Wat ga je doen? Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de productie-installaties optimaal blijven draaien.

Jouw taken?:

  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en voorkomt storingen nog voor ze de productie beïnvloeden
  • Je analyseert en verhelpt elektrische en mechanische storingen
  • Je spoort fouten op via Siemens TIA Portal en Step 7
  • Je stelt machines en robots correct af zodat kwaliteit en veiligheid gegarandeerd blijven
  • Je overlegt met operatoren en ploegleiders over uitgevoerde werken
  • Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties en werkzones ordelijk en veilig achterblijven
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op wanneer het nodig is

Hier word je niet voortdurend gecontroleerd. Men vertrouwt op jouw ervaring en vakmanschap.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Je hebt kennis van PLC-systemen, Siemens Step 7 of TIA Portal
  • Je denkt logisch en oplossingsgericht
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je houdt van degelijk werk en bent trots op een machinepark dat dankzij jouw kennis blijft draaien
