Ben jij een technisch talent dat graag sleutelt aan moderne machines? Voor onze industriële bakkerij gespecialiseerd in zoetwaren en roomijs zoeken wij een Technieker die zorgt dat ons machinepark altijd op volle toeren draait.

ONS BEDRIJF

Emmi Desserts Waregem is een industriële bakkerij gevestigd in Waregem. Sinds mei 2026 maakt de locatie, voorheen bekend als Galana en Mademoiselle Desserts, deel uit van de Emmi Desserts groep, een toonaangevende speler op de internationale markt. De vestiging in Waregem specialiseert zich in de productie van hoogwaardige bakkerijproducten zoals moelleux en muffins, evenals roomijs, bestemd voor zowel de nationale als internationale markt.

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Als technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief onderhoud, het oplossen van storingen en het technisch ondersteunen van de productie. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met geavanceerde installaties en verpakkingslijnen.

BEHEER VAN HET MACHINEPARK

  • Je staat in voor het technisch beheer van alle installaties binnen de bakkerij- en roomijsafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines veilig, efficiënt en bedrijfszeker blijven draaien.

PREVENTIEVE ONDERHOUDSPLANNEN

  • Per machine werk je een gestructureerd onderhoudsplan uit. Je bepaalt welke acties nodig zijn om storingen te voorkomen en de levensduur te verlengen.
  • Je houdt alle onderhoudsactiviteiten en onderdelen up-to-date in het systeem. Zo blijft de planning overzichtelijk en traceerbaar.
  • Je organiseert en plant de onderhoudswerken zodat de productie zo weinig mogelijk hinder ondervindt. Je stemt af met collega’s en productieverantwoordelijken.

DEPANNAGE BIJ TECHNISCHE STORINGEN

  • Storingen worden nauwkeurig geregistreerd en opgevolgd. Je analyseert de oorzaken en werkt mee aan structurele oplossingen.
  • Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van de validatieprocedures. Zo garandeer je dat machines na interventies opnieuw voldoen aan de vereisten.
  • Na uitgevoerde werken controleer je de machine en registreer je de vrijgave in API PRO. Je verzekert dat alles veilig en correct kan worden opgestart.

ONDERSTEUNING BIJ INSTELLEN VAN VERPAKKINGSMACHINES

  • Je helpt operatoren bij het correct instellen en afregelen van complexe verpakkingslijnen en productiemachines. Je zorgt ervoor dat de lijnen stabiel en volgens de juiste parameters draaien.

MEEWERKEN AAN VERBETERPROJECTEN

  • Je denkt actief mee over technische optimalisaties en neemt deel aan projecten die de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van de installaties verhogen. Je draagt bij aan continue verbetering binnen de productieomgeving.

REGISTRATIE EN DOCUMENTATIE

  • Je registreert alle onderhoudsactiviteiten nauwkeurig en volgt technische documentatie correct op. Zo blijft de historiek volledig en kunnen toekomstige interventies efficiënter worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je beheert de voorraad van de nodige onderdelen. Je zorgt voor een optimale beschikbaarheid zonder overstock.
  • Je evalueert bestaande contracten en actualiseert ze waar nodig. Je zoekt mee naar verbeteringen of optimalisaties in samenwerking met leveranciers.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Maintenance Manager en werkt nauw samen met collega-techniekers, operatoren en de productie- en kwaliteitsafdeling, alsook met externe servicepartners en leveranciers voor gespecialiseerde interventies, technische ondersteuning, etc.

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding (elektromechanica, onderhoudstechniek of gelijkwaardig)
  • Je hebt ervaring met industriële machines, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
  • Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en PLC-sturingen is een plus
