Ben jij een technisch talent dat graag sleutelt, analyseert en verbeteringen doorvoert? Hou je van variatie in je job én werk je het liefst in een omgeving waar collegialiteit centraal staat? Dan is deze functie als Onderhoudstechnieker precies wat je zoekt.Na een grondige opleiding krijg je stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen het onderhoudsteam en werk je mee aan het optimaal functioneren van diverse technische installaties.

Jobomschrijving

Je wordt het aanspreekpunt voor uiteenlopende onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief elektrisch onderhoud.Installeren en opstarten van nieuwe machines in samenwerking met leveranciers.Montage- en aanpassingswerken aan elektrische installaties.Installeren van PLC-systemen en bijhorende randapparatuur.Ondersteunen van collega’s bij mechanisch, pneumatisch en hydraulisch onderhoud.Uitvoeren van draai- en freesbewerkingen wanneer nodig.Tekenen van elektrische en pneumatische schema’s en uitwerken van schetsen of maatvoering van mechanische onderdelen.Reinigen van productiemachines en onderdelen ter voorbereiding van onderhoudswerken.Je werkt zelfstandig, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor: je maakt deel uit van een hecht team dat elkaar ondersteunt waar nodig.

Je bent een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsbewuste technieker met een brede technische interesse. Daarnaast:Heb je een bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.Beschik je over een solide basis in elektrische installatietechnieken (vereist).Heb je kennis van mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica (pluspunt).Ken je de basis van PLC-programmatie en perifere apparatuur.Kan je elektrische/pneumatische schema’s tekenen (kennis See Electrical is mooi meegenomen).Heb je ervaring met draai- en freeswerk (sporadisch gebruik).Beschik je over minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.Werk je nauwkeurig, ordelijk en met oog voor detail.Ben je leergierig, pik je snel nieuwe zaken op en blijf je graag bijscholen.
