Je versterkt ons team Onderhoud Gebouwen en Terreinen in onze productieregio Oost (provincie Vlaams-Brabant). Jouw standplaats is waterproductiecentrum Cadol.

Wat zijn jouw opdrachten? Wat staat jou te doen?

Als Technieker Onderhoud Gebouwen en Terreinen ben je verantwoordelijk voor : - Verschillende onderhoudstaken aan productiegebouwen: metselen, schilderen en herstellingen uitvoeren aan daken en sanitaire installaties. - Verschillende onderhoudstaken aan productieterreinen: omheiningen herstellen, wegenis herstellen en algemeen groenonderhoud (met de nadruk op gras maaien en snoeien),... naast andere ondersteunende taken.

Wie ben je en wat breng je mee?

- Je bent handig en je weet van aanpakken. - Je hebt kennis van tuinonderhoud en bijbehorende materialen en toestellen. - Je kiest voor een fysieke job en beschikt over een goede conditie. - Je hebt geen hoogtevrees. - Je bent flexibel, klantgericht en bereid om af en toe dringende interventies te doen. - Je bent een echte teamplayer maar kan ook zelfstandig werken. - Je kent de veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften. - Je kan werken met … (de courante software voor het werken op pc). - Je voldoet aan de formele aanwervingsvoorwaarden (rijbewijs, goed gedrag, medisch geschikt).
