Onze klant is een internationaal farmabedrijf gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van geneesmiddelen en vaccins. Voor hun technische site in Geel, zijn ze op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker gebouwen.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Instaan voor het onderhoud en de herstelling van gebouwinstallaties (elektrisch, HVAC, koeling, mechanisch…)
  • Analyseren van storingen, gepaste acties ondernemen of afstemmen met collega’s of externe partners
  • Ondersteunen bij keuringen, werkvergunningen en het technisch opvolgen van contractors op de site
  • Kleine herstellingen en preventief onderhoud correct en tijdig uitvoeren (via ticketing- en onderhoudssysteem)
  • Zorgen dat veiligheid en procedures altijd gevolgd worden, inclusief documentatie en rapportering
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in technisch onderhoud is mooi meegenomen, zeker als je vertrouwd bent met verschillende domeinen zoals elektriciteit, mechanica of HVAC.
  • Interesse in gebouwinstallaties en zin om aan de slag te gaan in een farmaceutische omgeving.
  • Nauwkeurig werken en aandacht hebben voor veiligheid liggen je wel, zeker als er duidelijke procedures zijn.
  • Plannen, communiceren en schakelen tussen verschillende taken gaat je meestal goed af, zeker binnen een team.
