The posting

Je houdt ervan om storingen op te lossen, machines draaiende te houden en technische problemen grondig aan te pakken. In deze functie krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid binnen het onderhoudsteam. Je werkt zowel elektrisch als mechanisch en krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen aan het machinepark. Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar je kennis telt en waar je stap voor stap verder kan groeien in verschillende aspecten van onderhoud.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je spoort elektrische en mechanische storingen op en zorgt voor een snelle en duurzame oplossing.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan installaties en machines en grijpt in wanneer je problemen opmerkt.
  • Je analyseert storingen via PG en PLC en onderzoekt onder meer frequentieregelaars, motoren, pompen en andere machineonderdelen.
  • Je demonteert, herstelt en monteert onderdelen en test daarna of de installatie opnieuw correct werkt.
  • Je voert technische aanpassingen en verbeteringen uit aan bestaande installaties, zowel elektrisch als op vlak van pneumatica, hydraulica en mechanica.

Waar ga je werken? Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren onderhoudsteam binnen een industriële productieomgeving. Je werkt samen met onderhoudselektriciens, onderhoudsmechaniekers en een teamleader. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de productielijnen betrouwbaar blijven draaien. De installaties zijn technisch veelzijdig. Naast elektrische storingen krijg je ook te maken met mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische problemen. Daardoor blijft je werk afwisselend en kan je jouw ervaring breed inzetten. De grootste troef? Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over een belangrijk deel van het machinepark en de ruimte om jouw technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.

  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van elektriciteit en voldoende kennis van mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica.
  • Je kan elektrische schema's lezen en technische problemen zelfstandig analyseren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met PLC-sturingen, meetinstrumenten en elektrisch handgereedschap.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en veilig en kan indien nodig collega's functioneel aansturen tijdens een interventie.
  • Je bent bereid om zowel in dagdienst als in ploegendienst in te springen wanneer de werking van het team dit vraagt.
