Omschrijving

Als Technieker Productielijnen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van geavanceerde vul-, productie- en verpakkingsinstallaties. Als technisch expert zorg je ervoor dat storingen snel worden opgelost, onderhoudswerken efficiënt worden uitgevoerd en productielijnen continu worden verbeterd om maximale prestaties te behalen.

  • Oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen aan productielijnen.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud.
  • Ombouwen, afstellen en optimaliseren van productie- en verpakkingsmachines.
  • Mee nadenken over technische verbeteringen en efficiëntieverhogingen.
  • Analyseren van terugkerende storingen en structurele oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Waken over veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met operatoren, techniekers en productieverantwoordelijken.
  • Bijdragen aan een vlotte en continue productie.
  • Diploma Elektromechanica, Mechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Goede kennis van mechanische en elektrische installaties.
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en technisch inzicht.
  • Teamgerichte ingesteldheid met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde.
  • Interesse om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen een technische expertrol.
  • Bereid om te werken in een vaste nachtploeg of een 2-ploegenstelsel.
