Wat ga je doen?

Onze klant is een toonaangevende productiefirma van voeders. In teken van groei verwelkomen ze vandaag een onderhoudstechnieker om de dagploeg te versterken.

Als onderhoudstechnieker word je ingezet binnen de dagploeg van de firma. Samen met je collega’s draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over het machinepark, de technische installaties en gebouwentechnieken. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze steeds performant zijn en treedt op bij storingen

Je realiseert dagelijks de preventieve onderhoudsplanning en wordt daarnaast ook ingezet om acute storingen te verhelpen. Je gaat hierbij zelfstandig op zoek naar het defect, stelt een diagnose en verhelpt deze op de meest efficiënt manier. Waar mogelijk word je eveneens betrokken bij optimalisatieprojecten of de installatie van nieuwe machines. Het werk is divers van aard en omvat uitdagingen op vlak van pneumatiek, mechanica & elektriciteit. Waar nodig realiseer je eveneens las- of verspannende werken.

Je draagt bovendien de verantwoordelijkheid over de technische ruimtes en zorgt ervoor dat voorraden steeds ordelijk en aangevuld zijn.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma richting mechanica, elektromechanica of aanverwant. Daarnaast kun je minstens 2 jaar ervaring voorleggen in een industriële functie en dit idealiter in een gelijkaardige rol.

Op technisch vlak heb je goede theoretische/ praktische kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica. Een extra troef is dat je vertrouwd bent met laswerk en je de basis beheerst van verspanende technieken. Heb je kennis van gebouwentechnieken en/of kun je overweg met een heftruck, dan wordt dit eveneens gezien als een mooie plus.

Dankzij je competenties weet je zelfstandig en vlot storingen te verhelp, alsook onderhoud te realiseren. Als persoon ben je extravert en sociaal in de omgang. Een teamspeler die waar nodig flexibel kan optreden onder het motto ‘geven en nemen’.
