The posting

Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde shifttechnieker ter versterking van het technische team.

In deze functie sta je in voor:

  • Het snel en efficiënt oplossen van technische storingen die zich voordoen tijdens het productieproces.
  • Het analyseren van storingen, het achterhalen van de oorzaken en het implementeren van duurzame oplossingen.
  • Het stellen van de juiste prioriteiten en het flexibel inspelen op de behoeften van de productieomgeving.
  • Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het voorstellen en realiseren van technische verbeteringen.
  • Het ondersteunen van machineoperatoren bij ombouw- en opstartactiviteiten van de productielijnen.
  • Het regelmatig overleggen met de technische en facilitaire verantwoordelijken, evenals met de productieverantwoordelijken, om een vlotte werking van de installaties te garanderen.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma in elektromechanica, industriële elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kom je net van de schoolbanken, eveneens van harte welkom!
  • Je kan technische schema’s en tekeningen vlot lezen en interpreteren.
  • Ervaring binnen een (voedings)productieomgeving is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters en junior profielen worden aangemoedigd om te solliciteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt ook in stressvolle situaties het overzicht.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, volgt procedures correct op en hecht veel belang aan veiligheid.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en haalt energie uit het analyseren en verhelpen van uiteenlopende technische uitdagingen.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om je technische kennis en vaardigheden voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen.
