The posting

Als E&I Technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief onderhoud, de storingsanalyse en de technische optimalisatie van een modern machinepark binnen een stabiele procesomgeving. Je werkt in dagregime en krijgt een afwisselend takenpakket met een sterke focus op elektromechanica, automatisering en onderhoudstechnieken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan productie-installaties
  • Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische storingen
  • Werken aan installaties zoals: Pompinstallaties Afzakinstallaties Naaimachines Pneumatische systemen Motoren en frequentieregelaars Kleppen en opslagreservoirs
  • Uitvoeren van metingen met multimeter en andere diagnoseapparatuur
  • Interpreteren van technische schema's en documentatie
  • Ondersteunen van operatoren en ploegleiders bij het optimaal functioneren van de installaties
  • Uitlezen en oplossen van PLC-storingen
  • Actief meedenken over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Meewerken aan technische projecten en investeringen
  • Toepassen van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften binnen de voedingsindustrie
  • Technisch diploma binnen Elektromechanica, Automatisering, Meet- en Regeltechniek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen industrieel onderhoud
  • Sterke kennis van elektromechanica en storingstechniek
  • Ervaring met PLC-systemen (uitlezen en ontstoren) is vereist
  • Kennis van pneumatiek en industriële installaties
  • Hands-on ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken met gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • Interesse in optimalisatie en continue verbetering
  • Bereid om te werken in een wachtdienstsysteem (1 week op 4)
