Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als 2-ploegen technieker sta je midden in de productie en ben je een cruciale schakel in het garanderen van continuïteit voor je ploeg. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operatoren bij technische problemen, instellingen, bijsturingen en storingen. Je grijpt snel en correct in zodat de lijnen veilig blijven draaien en stilstanden beperkt worden.

Je combineert mechanisch inzicht (hoofdfocus) met basiskennis elektriciteit om courante problemen zelfstandig op te lossen en waar nodig de juiste acties te nemen.

Jouw taken:

  • Ondersteunen van operatoren tijdens productie: je helpt bij technische vragen, afstellingen en het correct gebruik van installaties.
  • Snel analyseren en oplossen van storingen en je beperkt stilstand;
  • Eerste interventies uitvoeren, indien dit niet lukt deze doorgeven aan je team lead;
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren in samenwerking met productie (waar mogelijk binnen de shift).
  • Terugkerende storingen signaleren en verbeteracties voorstellen (structurele oplossingen, standaardinstellingen, aanpassingen).
  • Registreren en documenteren van uitgevoerde werken, wisselstukken, instellingen en technische wijzigingen. Dit met een handige app die ter beschikking wordt gesteld.
  • Werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel (vroeg/laat) met een praktische, hands-on aanwezigheid op de vloer.

Wat verwachten we concreet van jou als technieker in productieondersteuning?

  • Je kan elektrische componenten in een zekeringkast meten en basisstoringen opsporen.
  • Je hebt minstens een BA4-opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur BA5 en kan veilig werken aan elektrische installaties.
  • Je bent sterk in mechanische technieken (lagers, kettingen, aandrijvingen, pneumatiek, montage/demontage, …).
  • Je bent communicatief en voelt je goed in een rol waar je dagelijks met operatoren samenwerkt.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees (wij hebben namelijk een hoogbouwmagazijn)
  • Je hebt interesse in het ombouwen van machines
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als technieker binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis Frans is een plus.
