FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Functie omschrijving:

  • Na een doorgedreven opleiding zorg je er als technieker voor dat de continuïteit in de productie gegarandeerd wordt en het productieverlies tot een absoluut minimum wordt beperkt. Je hebt als kunststofspuitgieter ervaring in het opzetten van matrijzen, opstarten en begeleiden van de productie van spuitgietafdeling.
  • Je bouwt een matrijs om indien nodig, monteert ze op de machine en geeft de juiste parameters in.
  • Je voert proefspuitingen uit op nieuwe matrijzen en laat de spuitgietprocessen optimaal functioneren.
  • Bij technische problemen zoek je mee naar de oorzaak en los je dit indien mogelijk zelf op.
  • Je controleert het eindproduct en stelt de parameters bij waar nodig. Je zorgt voor een goede overdracht naar de collega’s van de volgende ploeg.

  • Je combineert een passie voor techniek met een A2 niveau (of gelijk door ervaring).
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, bent hands-on ingesteld en staat open voor inbreng van collega’s.
  • Veiligheid, orde, netheid en kwaliteit op de werkvloer zijn voor jou een prioriteit.
  • Je kan zelfstandig en in teamverband werken.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan prioriteiten stellen.
