Ben jij een ervaren plaatser in de ramen- en deurensector, maar ben jij het tillen van de zware lasten beu? Wil je werken in je eigen regio?

Solliciteer dan voor deze job! Ervaring vereist: in plaatsen ramen en deuren - en beslag vervangen!

  • Je bekijkt ’s morgens de dagplanning op je tablet bij je eerste kop koffie
  • Daarna vertrek je met jouw compleet uitgeruste servicewagen naar de eerste klant
  • Bij aankomst bel je aan en leg je uit dat je de Windocare Serviceheld bent waar de klant een afspraak mee heeft
  • Je vraagt aan de klant om het probleem te laten zien, zodat jij kan inschatten hoe dit zo snel mogelijk verholpen kan worden!
  • Je volgt hiervoor een stappenplan op je tablet dat volledig in kaart brengt wat er juist aan de hand is en welke stukken/onderdelen besteld moeten worden
  • Na de analyse van het probleem (aan het raam, deur, rolluik of screen) ga je aan de slag met de reparatieDit kan aan de openingsmechanismen zijn, maar ook het vervangen van het glas, het vervangen van het beslag (klinken, sloten, rubbers, ...).
  • Indien het probleem niet meteen opgelost kan worden, neem je contact op met de collega's op kantoor voor ondersteuning of om de juiste onderdelen voor de reparatie te bestellen
  • Tenslotte leg je aan de klant uit wat je precies gedaan hebt en wat het vervolg zal zijn zodat hij weet waarvoor hij een factuur zal ontvangen
  • Daarna bedank je de klant om beroep te doen op Windocare en vertrek je naar jouw volgende interventie
