Voor onze klant te Waregem, zoeken we een technisch onderlegde, hands-on technieker die graag werkt in een moderne industriële omgeving.

  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de performance van het machinepark
  • Opbouwen en borgen van technische kennis van installaties
  • Beslissen over reparatie, revisie of vervanging (life cycle management)
  • Beheren van een divers machinepark (verschillende leeftijden en technologieën)
  • Optimaliseren van spare parts management op basis van risico en kosten
  • Aansturen van een team van 2 storingsmonteurs en 1 allround project monteur
  • Coachen, ontwikkelen en beoordelen van je team
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en effectieve werkomgeving
  • Hands-on betrokken bij complexe storingen of technische vraagstukken

Profiel

  • Heeft HBO werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting (bijv. WTB, Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica)
  • Of MBO-4 met ruime relevante ervaring
  • 7-10 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving (bij voorkeur food of procesindustrie)
  • Ervaring met onderhoud en technisch beheer van installaties
  • Elektrotechniek en storingsanalyse
  • PLC-besturingen
  • Koude- en warmtetechniek (ovens, koel-/vriesinstallaties)
  • Transport- en aandrijftechniek
  • Lezen van elektraschema’s

  • Een marktconform salaris, aangevuld met 8% vakantiegeld, reiskostenvergoeding en een zeer goede pensioenregeling.
  • Je werkt 36 uur per week.
