Elke dag vervoert onze partner bijna een miljoen reizigers. Veilig, punctueel en met een warme glimlach. Ze kopen of bouwen, beheren en onderhouden zelf hun treinen en gebouwen.In al hun activiteiten vormt duurzaamheid de rode draad.

Onze partner wil als publieke dienstverlener een sleutelrol spelen op het vlak van mobiliteit en zo een essentiële schakel vormen op sociaaleconomisch gebied.

Jobomschrijving

Je onderhoudt en controleert remsystemen op goederenwagens.

  • Je voert onderhoud uit aan remsystemen op goederenwagens en bewaakt de correcte werking.
  • Je voert elektronische remtesten uit op goederenwagens.
  • Je analyseert en beoordeelt de resultaten van elektronische remproeven.
  • Je detecteert storingen in het remsysteem en vervangt defecte componenten.
  • Je houdt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting (TSO/BSO) of een gelijkwaardig attest, of je kan minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring aantonen.
  • Je hebt een degelijke kennis van mechanica, kan mechanische metingen uitvoeren en kan technische plannen lezen.
  • Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en met de nodige handvaardigheid.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een wisselend ploegensysteem (dag/nacht); in drukke periodes ook vroege en late shiften.
  • Je kan werken van maandag tot vrijdag zonder weekendwerk; in de nachtploeg van zondag 22u tot vrijdag 6u, en je staat open voor sporadisch overwerk.
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband én zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
