Technisch sterk én een passie voor veiligheid op de werkvloer? Voor onze klant in Maasmechelen zoeken we een Technieker Veiligheid & Preventie. In deze veelzijdige functie ligt de focus voornamelijk op techniek, aangevuld met ondersteuning van de huidige preventieadviseur.

Een mooie combinatie voor iemand die graag hands-on bezig is, maar ook wil bijdragen aan een veilige, ergonomische en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen van de preventieadviseur bij het uitvoeren en opmaken van risicoanalyses. - Opstellen en actueel houden van veiligheidsinstructiekaarten (VIK) en indienststellingsverslagen. - Technische ondersteuning bieden aan medewerkers bij problemen tijdens de assemblage. - Uitvoeren van onderhoud en herstellingen aan gereedschappen, machines en andere technische installaties. - Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, productiviteit, veiligheid en ergonomie. - Opvolgen van kwaliteitsproblemen en technische wijzigingen, inclusief het uitvoeren van de nodige testen. - Controleren van machines, gereedschappen en installaties volgens de geldende CE- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Technische documentatie en werkinstructies up-to-date houden zodat steeds met de meest recente informatie wordt gewerkt. - Waar nodig stuklijsten en werkorders beheren of aanpassen in Oracle. - Meedenken over praktische en kostenefficiënte oplossingen voor technische en operationele uitdagingen.

Complexe technische problemen analyseren en vertalen naar een praktische oplossing gaat vlot. Werken met Word en Excel vormt geen probleem. Een praktische, proactieve en hands-on mentaliteit past perfect binnen deze functie.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Een bachelor Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding/ervaring vormt een sterke basis. Een opleiding Preventieadviseur niveau 3 is een belangrijke troef.

- Vakkennis: Werken met Word en Excel vormt geen probleem.

- Talenkennis: Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
