The posting

Voor onze klant in Ieper, leverancier van verzorgingsproducten, zijn we op zoek naar een productietechnieker in vaste weekendploeg (werken op vrijdagnacht en zaterdagnacht)

Het doel van jouw functie

Als productietechnieker draag je bij tot het in stand houden en verhogen van de productiviteit en betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark in de blaasafdeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn

  • het herstellen van defecten aan blaasmachines en randapparatuur
  • het optimaal afregelen van het machinepark, rekening houdend met productiviteit en productkwaliteit
  • het meewerken aan het optimaliseren van het machinepark
  • als technisch specialist sta je in nauwe samenwerking met het productie team en rekenen de medewerkers op jouw technische ondersteuning en dit bij uiteenlopende problemen van mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische, hydraulische of elektronische aard
  • het onderhoud uitvoeren op machines in het kader van TPM.

De opleiding verloopt een 3tal maanden tijdens de week

  • Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma (min. A2)
  • Indien je enkele jaren relevante ervaring als productie- of onderhoudstechnieker kan voorleggen, is dit een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van draaien, frezen en lassen of bent bereid je hierin bij te scholen.
  • Je bent kritisch ingesteld, vernieuwend en gedreven in het zoeken naar technische optimalisaties
  • Je bent in staat zelfstandig te werken, zonder hierbij het team uit het oog te verliezen
  • Je stelt voorbeeldgedrag op vlak van veiligheid en het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent leergierig en –gezien de grote variatie in opdrachten- flexibel ingesteld
  • Je geeft blijk van een uitgesproken (lange termijn-) engagement
