Der führende steirische Bildungsanbieter sucht Verstärkung für den Standort Graz: 1 Technik Trainer m/w/d Allgemeines

Für unsere Technikzentren (Deutschlandsberg, Eisenerz, Graz Süd, Köflach, Leoben, Mürzzuschlag und Weiz) suchen wir für öffentliche Kurse bzw. Firmenschulungen Technik-Trainer_innen in den Bereichen: Automatisierungstechnik, SPS, Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik (erneuerbare Energie), Fahrradmechatronik, Informationstechnik, KFZ-Technik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Metalltechnik, Schweißtechnik und Zerspanungstechnik mit CNC.

Ihr Wirkungsbereich

* Sie unterrichten in einem vorgegebenen zeitlichen Rahmen in Theorie und Praxis

* Sie sind für die Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung des Unterrichts, für die Erstellung von Lernunterlagen sowie deren laufende Weiterentwicklung verantwortlich

* Sie sind für die Betreuung unterschiedliche Zielgruppen (Lehrlinge/Jugendliche/ Erwachsene) verantwortlich und vermitteln theoretische Kenntnisse und praktische Fertigkeiten

* Sie dokumentieren bzw. analysieren die Lernfortschritte

Ihr Profil

* Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre/ Meister:in/ HTL/ FH)

* Sie verfügen über fundierte Fachkenntnisse

* Sie haben bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Lehrende:r oder in der Lehrlingsausbildung oder

* Sie sind Quereinsteiger:in und haben noch keine Erfahrung als Trainer:in, aber Berufserfahrung in der Technik

* Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen zusammen und pflegen einen empathischen Umgang mit ihnen

Entlohnung
