Das angegebene Bruttogehalt 2.263-, EUR (40 Std./Woche) entspricht dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung bietet die ARCOTEL Gruppe die Möglichkeit, ein überdurchschnittliches und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt zu erhalten.

Wir suchen ab sofort 1 TECHNIKER (ALL GENDERS) IHRE ROLLE

* Aktive, regelmäßige Wartung und Überwachung der technischen Anlagen

* Behebung von Mängeln und Durchführung von Reparaturen im gesamten Haus

* Malerarbeiten im ganzen Haus

* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kooperationspartnern in technischen Belangen

* Durchführung von diversen Wartungsintervallen

* Absolute Diskretion und Verschwiegenheit im Bereich der Gästebetreuung

* Einhaltung der DSGVO

* Führung von Mängellisten und des Reparaturbuches

* Meldung etwaiger Nachbestellungen von technischem Equipment

* Einhaltung der Brandschutzordnung

IHR PROFIL

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich (Maler, Elektriker, ...)

* Gute Umgangsformen und eine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft

* Qualitätsbewusstsein, selbstständiges Arbeiten

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Sinn für Ordnung und ein gutes Auge für technische Mängel

* Teamplayer/in
