Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Techniker / Bauleiter (m/w/d) - Sonnenschutztechnik Vollzeit 38,5 Stunden 5-Tage-Woche

Sie möchten eigenverantwortlich arbeiten, spannende Bauprojekte begleiten und Teil eines engagierten Teams werden? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig!

Ihre Aufgaben

* Erstellung von Aufmaßen direkt auf der Baustelle sowie anhand von Pläne

* Technische Abklärung und Vorbereitung der Projektausführung

* Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung und Betreuung von Bauprojekten

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen

* Projektplanung sowie Termin- und Ablaufkoordination

* Kalkulation von Projekten und Angebotserstellung

* Beratung von Privatkunden

* Erstellung individueller Angebote

* Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Bürotätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, Lehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen, der Sonnenschutztechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich

* Technisches Verständnis und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Projektpartnern

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Entlohnung

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß Kollektivvertrag im Verwendungsgruppe 4 unter Berücksichtigung Ihrer anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.

Das Mindestbruttogehalt beträgt bei 1-2 anrechenbaren Vordienstjahren EUR 3.415,01 pro Monat (38,5 Stunden/Woche).

Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung.
