Standort: Saalfelden , Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Kontrolle und Abwicklung von Rechnungen

* Administrative Begleitung von Aufträgen und Projekten

* Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Lieferanten

* Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei den laufenden Projekten

Das bringen Sie mit

* Erfahrung im Bereich Abrechnung und Fakturierung in der Baubranche

* Gutes Planverständnis und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Technische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
