Der Bereich Customer Support begleitet unsere Kunden von der Auslieferung der Messsysteme für Energie- und Wassertechnik bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme, vom zuverlässigen Betrieb bis zur Störungsbehebung. Du arbeitest dabei Hand in Hand mit den Projektverantwortlichen und der Fertigung der Messysteme. Du sicherst unseren hohen Qualitätsanspruch beim Kunden, sodass unsere Lösungen langfristig geeignet und zuverlässig beim Kunden eingesetzt werden können.

Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unseres Teams ab sofort 1 Techniker Field Service & Customer Support (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

* Bei unseren Kunden aus dem öffentlichen Sektor vor Ort führst du Anlieferung und Endmontage unserer Messsysteme durch oder tauschst Komponenten zur Störungsbehebung aus.

* Als Teil des Customer Support unterstützt du unsere Kunden auch im Online-Support, stellst die Qualität bei Parametrierung und Vormontage vor der Auslieferung sicher und bist für Störungsbehebung und Reparaturen verantwortlich.

* Durch deinen engen Kundenkontakt bist du gemeinsam mit Vertrieb, Entwicklung und Fertigung in die ständige Verbesserung eingebunden.

* Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert und eigenverantwortlich und folgst unseren hohen Qualitätsansprüchen bei Produkten und Services.

* Du erstellst Montageprotokolle und wirkst bei der produktspezifischen Dokumentation mit.

Was du mitbringst

* Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und anderen Kulturen im internationalen Umfeld. Du bist qualitäts-, kunden- und serviceorientiert. Ebenso ist dir Verlässlichkeit und Termintreue wichtig.

* Reisebereitschaft - Bereitschaft für einen Außendienstanteil im Ausmaß von 30 - 70 % im Montagefahrzeug. Fallweise ist dabei auch An- oder Abreise am Wochenende oder Feiertag erforderlich.

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Regelungstechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Vergleichbares ist Voraussetzung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei Montage- oder Serviceeinsätzen ist von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte, genaue Arbeitsweise, gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* B2 - Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kunden. Italienisch von Vorteil

* Führerschein B, bevorzugt BE

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt (KV Metall Gewerbe) beträgt EUR 3.300,16 brutto monatlich, bei 38,5 Wochenstunden. Basierend auf deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt gemeinsam im Laufe des Bewerbungsprozesses.
