Wir, Liberda Antriebstechnik GmbH entwickeln und produzieren innovative Antriebslösungen

für die Automatisierung von Brandschutztoren, rahmenlosen Glastüren (Minimal Windows) und Förderbandabschlüssen. Unsere Lösungen ermöglichen es Tür- und Torbauern, diese Anwendungen ohne Unterstützung Dritter - insbesondere ohne zusätzliche Elektriker - zu automatisieren.

Dafür entwickeln wir mechanische und elektronische Komponenten, erstellen die erforderliche Software und erarbeiten individuelle Lösungen für neue technische Herausforderungen.

Unsere Produkte werden größtenteils direkt nach Europa, Asien sowie in den Nahen und Mittleren Osten, USA und Indien exportiert. technische/n Vertriebsmitarbeiter/in im Innendienst (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Kund_innen via E-Mail, Telefon, Video

* Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen

* Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

* Pflege von Kunden- und Artikeldaten im CRM-/ERP-System

* Dokumentation von Kundenkontakten

* Annahme und Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angebotsunterlagen, Preislisten, Konditionen

* Auftragsbestätigungen und Überwachung der Auftragsabwicklung

* Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung offener Angebote und Aufträge

* Abstimmung mit Produktion und Versand

* Klärung von Liefer- und Verfügbarkeitsfragen

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Beschwerden und Retouren

* Interne Koordination mit allen zuständigen Abteilungen

* Produktpflege

* Mitarbeit an der Planung und Konstruktion von Spezialanforderungen

* Erstellung von Dokumentationen/technischen Unterlagen

* Assistenz bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte

* nach Einschulung telefonischer Kontakt mit Kund_innen, in späterer Folge technischer Kundensupport via E-Mail/Telefon/Video

Das bringen Sie mit

* abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL oder höher) oder Berufspraxis im Bereich Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder Automatisierungstechnik

* betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis von Vorteil

* technisches Verständnis in 3D CAD

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift), weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Führerschein "B" sowie ein versierter Umgang mit den gängigen EDV Programmen

* kooperativer, lösungsorientierter und Arbeitsstil, sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* kostenbewusstes Denken und Handeln, Selbstständigkeit und Teamorientierung.

* Eigenantrieb, Selbstmotivation und Entscheidungsfreude
