DEINE MISSION:

Technische Unterstützung mit Weitblick Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere internationalen Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen und unterstützt diese per Telefon, E-Mail oder Remote-Zugriff.

Praxisnahes Troubleshooting Du analysierst technische Problemstellungen und Reklamationen, holst die notwendigen Informationen beim Kunden ein und koordinierst gemeinsam mit internen Fachabteilungen die optimale Lösungsfindung.

Begleitung unserer Projekte Du unterstützt unsere Projektleiter und Servicetechniker bei der Finalisierung von Projekten sowie bei Inbetriebnahmen und Optimierungen unserer Kunststoff-Recyclinganlagen.

Technische Dokumentation & Service Die Erstellung technischer Stellungnahmen, Dokumentationen sowie die Ausarbeitung von Ersatzteil- und Serviceangeboten gehören ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

Kundenschulungen & Wissenstransfer Du führst Kundenschulungen remote oder direkt vor Ort durch und unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, das volle Potenzial ihrer Anlagen auszuschöpfen.

DEIN PROFIL:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik (Facharbeiter, HTL, FH oder vergleichbar) - Praxiserfahrung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, in der Montage, Inbetriebnahme oder im technischen Service - Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am Troubleshooting - Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Auftreten im internationalen Kundenumfeld - Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse - Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung - Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SPS-Steuerungen (idealerweise Siemens TIA Portal) von Vorteil - Erfahrung mit Frequenzumrichtern, Sensorik und industrieller Automatisierung wünschenswert
