Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU etc.)

* Idealerweise bringt du 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit - entweder in der Bauausführung oder in der Kalkulation

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise iTWO-Kenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit BIM und den Programmen (Revit, Allplan) von Vorteil

* Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise

* Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Massenermittlungen zur Angebotserstellung

* Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen (mit iTwo)

* Bearbeitung von Subunternehmeranfragen für Generalunternehmeranbote

* Unterstützung des Kalkulant:innen bei allen technischen und kaufmännischen Anliegen

* Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Vergabeunterlagen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Einkauf und anderen internen Stakeholdern
