Die Vivamar Hotel & Bäderbetriebs GmbH eröffnet im Jänner 2027 ein neues Hotel in Neusiedl am See. Als moderner Hotel- und Freizeitbetrieb mit direktem Zugang zum frisch renovierten Hallenbad setzen wir auf Qualität, Gastfreundschaft und ein starkes Team. 2 Techniker_innen Installation Dienstbeginn: 01.01.2027

Ihre Aufgaben

* Wartung, Instandhaltung und laufende Überprüfung der gesamten Sanitär-, Heizungs- und modernsten Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen

* Sicherstellung des störungsfreien Betriebs im Hotel- und Hallenbad/Saunabereich

* Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie Behebung technischer Störungen

* Überwachung und Kontrolle technischer Anlagen und Einrichtungen

* Durchführung von Inspektions- und vorbeugenden Wartungsarbeiten

* Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachfirmen und Dienstleistern

* Dokumentation von Wartungen, Reparaturen und technischen Kontrollen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Installateur_in, Gas-, Wasser- und Heizungsinstallateur_in oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Haustechnik oder Anlagenbetrieb von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Eigeninitiative, Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Bereitschaft, auch gewerkeübergreifende technische Aufgaben zu übernehmen

* Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse
