Als Technisch Aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige aankoopproces van technische onderdelen en investeringen. Je werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst en leveranciers en bewaakt tegelijk kwaliteit, efficiëntie, kostprijs en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties

Jouw takenpakket als Technisch aankoper

  • Beheer van het volledige aankoopproces van technische onderdelen, installaties en materialen
  • Offertes opvragen, leveranciers vergelijken en onderhandelen over prijs, kwaliteit en levertermijnen
  • Nauw samenwerken met de technische dienst, het magazijn en de boekhouding om aankoopaanvragen kritisch te beoordelen en de meest geschikte oplossing te bepalen
  • Technische parameters afstemmen en opvolgen om de gewenste kwaliteit en het resultaat te borgen
  • Duurzame leveranciersrelaties onderhouden en actief op zoek gaan naar optimalisaties en alternatieven
  • Leveranciers evalueren, de bestaande supply base kritisch bekijken en optimaliseren waar nodig
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen, leveringen en facturen via SAP
  • Voorraadniveaus bewaken en meedenken over een efficiënter voorraadbeheer
  • Verbeterkansen detecteren, bestaande werkwijzen in vraag stellen en initiatief nemen om de aankoopprocessen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen aankoop is mooi meegenomen;
  • Ook een technische achtergrond of affiniteit met een industriële omgeving is relevant
  • Sterk in communicatie en niet bang om kritisch door te vragen of zaken in vraag te stellen
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en een proactieve ingesteldheid
  • Overtuigingskracht om leveranciers en interne stakeholders mee te krijgen in de juiste oplossing
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken, met oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • De ambitie om mee te denken over verbeteringen
