Als Technisch Aankoper ben jij de spil tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste partners, materialen en prijzen op het juiste moment samenkomen. Met jouw inzicht en onderhandelingstalent maak je het verschil nog vóór de eerste werken starten. Je duikt in bouwdossiers, vergelijkt offertes en onderhandelt met leveranciers en onderaannemers. Tegelijk werk je nauw samen met project- en werfleiders om ervoor te zorgen dat alles perfect afgestemd is op planning, kwaliteit en budget.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je selecteert en evalueert leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Je analyseert bouwdossiers (plannen, lastenboeken, meetstaten)
  • Je vraagt offertes op en vergelijkt ze inhoudelijk en financieel
  • Je onderhandelt over prijzen, voorwaarden en samenwerkingen
  • Je plaatst bestellingen en volgt deze nauwgezet op
  • Je stemt continu af met project- en werfleiders
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met leveranciers
