Administratief Bediende / Technisch Aankoper

Ben jij administratief sterk, heb je technisch inzicht en krijg je energie van organiseren en opvolgen? Dan hebben wij misschien wel de job voor jou.

Om het team bij onze klant te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Bediende / Technisch Aankoper. Iemand die ervoor zorgt dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn en onze productie en service mee vlot laat draaien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Technische onderdelen bestellen: onze technisch tekenaar maakt de tekeningen en specificeert de benodigde onderdelen. Jij vertaalt dit naar concrete bestellingen bij leveranciers. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen tijdig besteld en geleverd worden.
  • Reserveonderdelen inkopen & verkopen: je ondersteunt het serviceteam door onderdelen tijdig te bestellen, op te volgen en richting klant te coördineren.
  • Werkbonnen voorbereiden: je maakt de werkbonnen klaar voor onze techniekers, zodat zij goed voorbereid op pad kunnen.
  • Materiaalopvolging: je bewaakt levertermijnen en zorgt ervoor dat de lasser en andere collega's steeds over het nodige materiaal beschikken. Zo voorkom je dat de productie stilvalt.
  • Werkcoördinatie: je houdt het overzicht over verschillende lopende zaken, stemt af met collega's en grijpt proactief in wanneer iets dreigt vertraging op te lopen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hoeft geen ingenieur te zijn, maar je moet wel nieuwsgierig zijn naar techniek en bereid zijn om bij te leren. Je zal bijvoorbeeld een technische tekening moeten kunnen interpreteren om te begrijpen welke onderdelen besteld moeten worden.
  • Je hebt een bachelor denkniveau en bij voorkeur en een eerste ervaring in een technische of aankoopgerichte functie.
  • Je begrijpt hoe een aankoopproces werkt en weet hoe belangrijk correcte opvolging is.
  • Je bent sterk georganiseerd en verliest ook bij meerdere bestellingen, werkbonnen en deadlines het overzicht niet.
  • Je bent proactief: je wacht niet tot er een probleem ontstaat, maar denkt vooruit.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk met collega's, techniekers, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je bent administratief nauwkeurig, maar houdt tegelijk graag voeling met de technische kant van het verhaal.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is belangrijk.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Engels. Je werkt ook samen met een technisch tekenaar in het buitenland.
