Bouw mee aan de toekomst van MCL Metaalhandel

MCL Metaalhandel is sinds 1993 een gevestigde waarde binnen de Belgische metaalsector. Als financieel gezond familiebedrijf combineert MCL een uitgebreide staalgroothandel met een eigen constructiewerkplaats waar staal op maat wordt bewerkt. Dankzij een terrein van ongeveer 30.000 m², een voorraad van ongeveer 5.000 ton staal en moderne bewerkingsmachines kan MCL snel inspelen op de behoeften van haar klanten.

Vandaag staat de tweede generatie aan het roer. In deze functie werk je rechtstreeks samen met beide zaakvoerders en krijg je veel autonomie, verantwoordelijkheid en reële doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Technisch Aankoper & Commerciële Binnendienst vervul je een veelzijdige sleutelrol waarin aankoop, techniek en commercie elkaar afwisselen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de aankoop van staal als de commerciële opvolging van klanten en projecten.

Aankoop

  • Inkopen van staal, profielen en projectgebonden materialen.
  • Onderhandelen met internationale leveranciers over prijzen, levertermijnen en voorwaarden.
  • Opvolgen van de staalmarkt.
  • Telefonisch onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers.
  • Voorraadbeheer en stockoptimalisatie.

Commerciële binnendienst

  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen.
  • Opstellen van prijsberekeningen en offertes.
  • Adviseren van klanten bij technische vragen.
  • Telefonisch opvolgen van offertes.
  • Commercieel afsluiten van dossiers.
  • Opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties.

Projectopvolging

  • Verantwoordelijkheid van bestelling tot levering.
  • Bewaken van planning en marges.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de werkplaats.
  • Correct verwerken van gegevens in het ERP-systeem (M-Soft).

Je bent commercieel ingesteld en voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving.

Must-haves

  • Ervaring binnen aankoop en/of commerciële binnendienst.
  • Ervaring in een technische omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouw-, metaal- of staalsector is een belangrijke troef.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
