Als Technisch Aankoper beheer je jouw eigen aankoopdossiers en werk je nauw samen met de technische dienst om de juiste onderdelen, installaties en leveranciers te selecteren. Een uitdagende aankoopfunctie binnen een industriële productieomgeving in Dendermonde.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Technisch Aankoper:

  • Technische aankoopdossiers van aanvraag tot bestelling zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen.
  • Offertes aanvragen, vergelijken en leveranciers selecteren op basis van prijs, kwaliteit, levertermijn en technische specificaties.
  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers en streven naar sterke commerciële voorwaarden en een optimale totale kost.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de technische dienst rond de aankoop van mechanische en elektrische onderdelen en installaties.
  • Technische specificaties analyseren en meetbare parameters afstemmen om tot de juiste aankoopbeslissing te komen.
  • Leveranciers kritisch evalueren, uitdagen en bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van het leveranciersbestand.
  • Ownership nemen over toegewezen aankoopcategorieën en de behoeften van interne stakeholders bewaken.
  • Verbeterkansen binnen aankoop- en voorraadbeheer signaleren en mee implementeren.
  • Bestellingen en leveringen administratief opvolgen in SAP.
  • Aankoopadministratie correct verwerken en facturen vrijgeven voor betaling.
  • Dagelijks afstemmen met onder andere technische dienst, magazijn en boekhouding.
  • Marktontwikkelingen en trends binnen aankoop opvolgen en vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Vooruitdenken en tijdig anticiperen op technische en operationele aankoopbehoeften.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde industriële speler in de ruime regio rond Dendermonde die actief is binnen de productie van papier- en kartonoplossingen. Vanuit gerecycleerd papier worden verschillende soorten karton en verpakkingsoplossingen geproduceerd en verder verwerkt via gespecialiseerde productiemachines. Binnen deze technische productieomgeving spelen een betrouwbare aankoop, sterke leveranciersrelaties en een efficiënte beschikbaarheid van onderdelen en installaties een belangrijke rol. Wie jij bent als Technisch Aankoper:

  • Bachelordiploma op zak of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Een technische opleiding vormt een sterke basis voor deze functie.
  • Zowel pas afgestudeerden als kandidaten met een eerste relevante ervaring komen in aanmerking.
  • Interesse in mechanische en elektrische onderdelen, installaties en technische specificaties.
  • Commercieel sterk en niet bang om stevig te onderhandelen met leveranciers.
  • Assertief en resultaatgericht zonder een duurzame leveranciersrelatie uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Ownership nemen over dossiers en verantwoordelijkheid durven dragen voor jouw beslissingen.
  • Communicatief sterk en gemakkelijk kunnen schakelen met verschillende interne stakeholders.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken binnen verschillende aankoopdossiers.
  • Proactief ingesteld en graag werken binnen een omgeving met een hoog tempo.
  • Goede kennis van Excel.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Een basis tot matige kennis van het Frans.
