Onze klant, actief in industriebouw, kijkt uit naar versterking met een:

Technisch Aankoper

Het doel van deze gevarieerde & autonome functie is instaan voor enerzijds accurate prijsvragen en anderzijds het strategisch inkopen van materialen/diensten, steunend op een sterke technisch-commerciële expertise.

Concreet bewaak je marges door doordachte prijsvragen en inkopen zonder in te leveren op kwaliteit of planning. Dit doe je op twee niveaus:

Op projectbasis (van offerte- tot uitvoeringsfase):

  • Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, vergelijkt deze technisch en commercieel, en voert de contractonderhandelingen.
  • Wanneer de klant het project goedkeurt, zie je toe op een kostenefficiënte inkoop van materialen, diensten en extern uitgevoerde werken, perfect afgestemd op de projectplanning.

Op ondernemingsniveau:

  • Je analyseert lopende contracten, brengt de markt in kaart en zoekt naar schaalvoordelen, raamovereenkomsten of procesverbeteringen die de organisatie als geheel sterker maken.
  • Je hebt een open vizier en weet wat er leeft in de bouwsector. Je kijkt mee naar evoluties in materialen, grondstoffen en samenwerking met leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je analyseert kritisch de verbeteringen op vlak van onderdelen en bouwtechnieken en zet verbeterkansen om in concrete optimalisaties. Daardoor speel je vlot en doordacht in op prijsstijgingen, tekorten en nieuwe opportuniteiten in de sector.
  • Je behaalde een Master of Professionele Bachelor in een technische richting.
  • Je kan minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring voorleggen of je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in de bouwsector.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld & kan autonoom aan de slag.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en staat gekend als een uitstekend onderhandelaar!
  • Talenkennis: uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans is een vereiste. Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt vlot met het MS Office-pakket en beschikt over een grondige kennis van MS Excel.
