The posting

Voor onze klant in de regio Komen, actief in de bouwsector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Technisch Aankoper.

De functie Als aankoper sta je in voor de aankoop van materialen, grondstoffen en/of diensten van lopende projecten. Dit binnen vooropgestelde budgetten en deadlines, onder leiding van de aankoopverantwoordelijke. Onze bouwprojecten zijn divers; van industriebouw tot agro, van casco projecten tot sleutel op de deur.

Wat is jouw takenpakket:

  • Je vraagt de nodige offertes op bij onderaannemers en leveranciers en volgt deze op.
  • Je analyseert de prijsoffertes inhoudelijk om zo kostenefficiënt mogelijk in uitvoering te kunnen gaan.
  • Je bereidt het dossier in uitvoering voor ter voorbereiding voor de aankoopverantwoordelijke en zoekt samen naar de meest rendabel technische oplossing.
  • Je screent de markt via beschikbare databases en internet en bij het contacteren van bedrijven om offertes op te maken.
  • Houdt toezicht op de levertermijnen van de leveranciers.
  • Je bereidt aankooporders voor en verstuurt ze.
  • Je verricht (meestal op telefonische en/of elektronische wijze) routine aankopen volgens gedetailleerde instructies.
  • Verzorgt de administratie van een deel van de afdeling.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Verantwoordelijke aankoop.
  • Je hebt een Master en/of Bachelor diploma in een relevante richting met een eerste ervaring in een bouw gerelateerde sector.
  • Je bent communicatief en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je hebt een goed bouwtechnisch inzicht en je bent prijsbewust ingesteld.
  • Je kan goed overweg met verschillende ERP paketten.
  • Je kan omgaan met stress en deadlines.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en stipt.
  • Je werkt in een halftijds regime.
