Onze partner is een sterke technische speler die bedrijven ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende industriële uitdagingen. Met een ervaren team en een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit bieden ze hun klanten technische oplossingen op maat, waarbij kwaliteit en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan.

Om de verdere commerciële groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Technisch Account Manager voor de regio West-Vlaanderen en Noord-Frankrijk. Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit, detecteert nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten en denkt vanuit jouw technische achtergrond actief mee met de klant.

Jouw functie als Technisch Account Manager Als Technisch Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen van de klantenportefeuille. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties en gaat tegelijkertijd actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten.

Je luistert naar de technische noden van klanten en vertaalt deze naar een passende oplossing. Dankzij je technische achtergrond ben je daarbij meer dan alleen een commerciële gesprekspartner: je begrijpt de technische uitdagingen van de klant, denkt praktisch mee en kunt bij technische vragen vaak zelf al een eerste antwoord of oplossing bieden.

Je stelt offertes en commerciële voorstellen op, bespreekt prijzen en voorwaarden en volgt opportuniteiten nauwgezet op. Zodra een opdracht concreet wordt, zorg je voor een vlotte overdracht naar de interne collega's. Ook nadien blijf je als Account Manager het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten.

Daarnaast volg je de marktontwikkelingen binnen jouw regio en bouw je verder aan een sterk professioneel netwerk.

Je bent voornamelijk op de baan bij klanten en prospecten: gemiddeld spendeer je vier dagen per week extern en één dag intern voor commerciële opvolging, overleg, offertes en administratie.

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een Bachelordiploma in een technische richting.
  • Je kunt terugblikken op 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen technische sales, accountmanagement, business development of een vergelijkbare technisch-commerciële functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en krijgt energie van zowel klantenbeheer als actieve prospectie.
  • Heb je al een relevant netwerk binnen een technische of industriële B2B-omgeving, in West-Vlaanderen en/of Noord-Frankrijk? Dan is dat een grote meerwaarde.
  • Je bent technisch sterk en vooral ook praktisch en hands-on ingesteld. Je hoeft niet voor elke technische vraag onmiddellijk een collega in te schakelen, maar denkt zelf mee en zoekt graag naar een concrete oplossing.
  • Met je communicatieve en commerciële skills slaag je erin duurzame klantenrelaties uit te bouwen.
