Beheer technische klantrelaties en begeleid het volledige salestraject binnen een gestructureerde werkomgeving.

Als technisch accountmanager ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners. Je brengt hun technische behoeften in kaart en begeleidt het verkoopproces van offerte tot afronding. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om een vlotte orderverwerking en uitstekende klantondersteuning te garanderen. Zo bouw je aan duurzame klantrelaties en draag je bij aan commerciële groei binnen de business unit.

- Beheren en opvolgen van offertes en administratieve processen van begin tot eind - Onderhouden en versterken van langdurige klantrelaties - Samenwerken met Quality en Supply Chain om kwaliteitsproblemen snel op te lossen - Bewaken van budgetten en zorgen voor tijdige projectrealisatie binnen de business unit - Maximaliseren van klantpotentieel volgens de Provan-QRM methode - Rapporteren aan de Business Unit Manager en deelnemen aan het Business Unit Team
