Ben jij een commerciële netwerker met een technische affiniteit? Krijg je energie van klantencontact, prospectie en het uitbouwen van langdurige relaties? Dan is deze functie misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Als Technical Accountmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en verder uitbreiden van een bestaande klantenportefeuille binnen de industriële sector. Je bezoekt regelmatig klanten en prospecten, detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en vertaalt deze naar concrete resultaten. Dankzij jouw overtuigingskracht en proactieve aanpak weet je nieuwe samenwerkingen op te bouwen en bestaande relaties verder te versterken.

Naast het commerciële luik zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van jouw dossiers en klantencontacten. Je werkt nauw samen met een enthousiast sales team en krijgt de kans om zelfstandig initiatieven te nemen binnen jouw regio.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en uitbouwen van een bestaande klantenportefeuille binnen de industrie.
  • Actief prospecteren en genereren van nieuwe business opportuniteiten.
  • Bezoeken van klanten en prospecten in België en omliggende regio's.
  • Onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Detecteren van commerciële kansen en hier snel en proactief op inspelen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële dossiers.
  • Correct registreren en opvolgen van klanteninformatie in het CRM-systeem.
  • Samenwerken met interne collega's om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een technische B2B omgeving.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij klantenbezoeken én koude prospectie.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en speelt kort op de bal.
  • Je hebt een technische interesse of affiniteit.
  • Je bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op en onderhoudt deze op een professionele manier.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Kennis van Navision is een pluspunt.
  • Een netwerk binnen de Antwerpse industrie of havengebieden is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kan bij voorkeur werken in zowel Pulle als Beringen.
