Als Technisch Accountmanager B2B in Tholen werk je in een commerciële B2B-rol waarin relatiebeheer, service en groei centraal staan. In deze functie combineer je klantbezoeken met commerciële opvolging op kantoor. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd ben je onderweg naar zakelijke klanten in Zeeland en Noord-Brabant. De andere helft werk je op kantoor aan offertes, afspraken, opvolging en afstemming met collega's. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties, ziet kansen voor crossselling en helpt klanten met passende technische oplossingen. Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden? Als Technisch Accountmanager B2B ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten in jouw regio. Je bouwt aan relaties, denkt commercieel mee en vertaalt klantvragen naar praktische technische oplossingen: ✓ Bezoeken van bestaande B2B-klanten in Zeeland en Noord-Brabant, ongeveer 50% van je werkweek; ✓ Op kantoor uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes, afspraken en klantvragen; ✓ Versterken van bestaande klantrelaties door service, advies en regelmatige opvolging; ✓ Signaleren van kansen voor crossselling, omzetgroei en uitbreiding van klantcontact; ✓ Adviseren over technische producten, toepassingen en oplossingen; ✓ Afstemmen met collega's van onder andere inkoop, logistiek en administratie; ✓ Bijdragen aan verdere groei van het zakelijke klantenbestand in jouw werkgebied.
